How do I receive my digital mockup files?
Immediately after your purchase is confirmed, you will receive an email with a secure download link. You can also access your files anytime through your customer account dashboard.
What file formats are included in the downloads?
Most of our products include high-resolution PSD files with smart object layers for easy editing, along with high-quality JPG and transparent PNG versions for non-Photoshop users.
Can I use these mockups for commercial projects?
Yes, all purchases include a standard commercial license which allows you to use the mockups for client work, social media marketing, and web design. Please refer to our License Agreement for full details.
Do you offer refunds on digital products?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, we generally do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. However, if you experience a technical issue or find a defect in the file, please contact our support team within 14 days.
Are the mockups compatible with Canva?
While our primary files are designed for Adobe Photoshop, we provide high-quality PNG versions that can be uploaded to Canva. Some specific 'Canva-Ready' collections are also available in our shop.
Do you accept custom mockup requests?
We love hearing from our community! While we cannot guarantee every request, we frequently add new items to our production roadmap based on customer suggestions sent via our contact form.
