Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original shipping box and include the printed return authorization slip provided via email.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 business days.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
